To order your repeat medication please use one of the following options:
- Online: you can use one of the following online services:
- Email: als.dispensary@nhs.net. Please give your name, address, DOB and list the items you need.
Please note this email is not to be used for anything other than repeat prescription requests
- In person: Tick the boxes on your repeat medication slip, OR write the details of the medicines you would like. You can then drop it off at the surgery or post it to us.
- Pharmacy: Tell your pharmacy and they can put the request in for you.

Contact the surgery if you have questions about your medicine or your prescription.
Your local pharmacists can also answer any questions about your prescription. They can answer questions on medicines you can buy without a prescription.
